Please contact us before your return the parcel, since we may change our return address and ship address from time to time.
Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Customers will be responsible to pay for the postage to return the item.


Order cancellation.
Cancel your order in 24 hrs we will not charge any fees.
Cancel your order after 24 hrs, we will charge 15% handling fee.
Kindly know you can cannot cancel your order after we ship it out.
