How often do I have to replace a hair system?
It mainly depends on which base you choose as different bases have different lifespans. Our ultra-thin skin base (0.03-0.04mm) has a lifespan of about 1-2 months while our mono base hair system can last up to a year with the correct care.
We state their lifespans on our descriptions.
Can I sleep, swim or shower with my hair system on?
YES. You can do almost all the daily activities with it.
However, chlorine in pools can be harmful to the hair and make the hair drier.
So, we always recommend customers to use conditioner after you swimming or in the shower.
Which system is the most breathableand comfortable in hot weather?
Full lace hair systems are the most breathable and perfect for a hot climate.
Also, the Q6 base combine lace and skin, which make the hair system breathable and easy to apply.
How would I know what size to buy?
The base size refers to: length and width
Toupees have sizes of 5x7, 6x8, 7x8, 7x9, 8x10 and other sizes. So you need to confirm the length and width of your hair loss area.
We also offer free base cut service for most of thin skin systems. If you need to cut the base before shipment, please send us the email.
First, find your front hairline. Normally it is four fingers width away from your eyebrow.Please place your 4 fingers onto your forehead and one side lines up with your eyebrow and the other side should be where your front hairline begins.
Second, confirm the length. Measure from your front hairline to where your hair loss stops at the back of your head.
Third, confirm the width. Measure the widest area of your hair loss area from one side to the other.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or any APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.
Once your order has been shipped, or is on the way, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order.
You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled. Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Returns (if applicable)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% of the product price restocking fee will apply if it's returned without any QUALITY problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must beUNUSEDand in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. Pleasedo not cut, style, colour, wash or wear the hair system. It must be in theORIGINAL PACKAGING. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with related photos or a specific video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are responsible for the return cost incurred if it is our fault. However, you'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In most cases, it only takes a couple of days.
